Warranty
Artlogic, as under the Australian Consumer Law, provides the following warranty for all manufactured items.
Terms and Conditions:
Duration of Warranty: This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser.
Consumer Rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the product during the specified warranty period.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any alterations not performed by Artlogic or our Authorised Dealers. Consumable parts such as gaskets, seals, filters, and other items with limited lifespan, are also excluded from this warranty.
Repair, Replacement, or Refund: In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Artlogic will repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective product or its components if it fails to meet the consumer guarantees. The choice of remedy will depend on the nature of the fault and compliance with the ACL.
Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase is required. Please contact Artlogic directly by emailing info@artlogic.au to initiate a warranty claim:
Limitation of Liability: Artlogic shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
No Other Warranties: This warranty is in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and does not affect any other rights consumers may have under that law.
All shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection and any subsequent return of repaired or replaced items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
We want you to love your Artlogic product. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
