Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales).
During peak periods, promotional events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you directly.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery costs displayed at checkout are calculated based on standard parcel dimensions for all capital city metropolitan delivery zones only. In some cases, additional charges may apply for bulky, oversized, heavy, or palletised orders, as well as deliveries to regional or remote areas. If an order exceeds standard shipping parameters or falls outside regular carrier service zones, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping fee accordingly. Where this occurs, we will contact you prior to our processing the order to confirm any additional charges and obtain approval.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, your parcel may be left unattended at your nominated address without a signature.
By selecting ATL, you acknowledge that:
- The parcel may be left in a safe location determined by the carrier.
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once marked as delivered.
If ATL is not selected, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date.
Where applicable, please provide photographs of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will investigate the matter with the carrier and resolve it in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
